Raj and Emily went above and beyond to make sure I found the right engagement ring. Other competitors that I was shopping with did not offer to make a custom ring for me when I didn't see anything I liked. They took the time to show me other options and ordered me a few other diamonds to look at. The end result was perfect and 1 of a kind.
I bought my wife's engagement ring as well as a matching necklace there. I bought a more unique ring and I wanted to see if my girlfriend (now wife so yeah she liked it) liked the ring. They played in with a little charade having her try on several different rings including the one I had already bought. They have been very helpful with any and all follow up.
When I bought the men's wedding band, they promised to put in a rush order to ensure I got the ring in time for the wedding. I got a call 3 weeks later that the company was actually back ordered on the ring and the rush order never went through when I bought the ring. It is now too late to order a ring for the wedding. Buyer beware, this Rogers and Holland location will lie to get your business.
Raj gave me an amazing deal. Free life time warranty and sizing. Very nice guy, no pressure, laid back atmosphere. I will keep coming back only to Rogers and Hollands!
This store did not have what I was looking for, but the 2 young ladies working there helped me find a couple possible other stores to check. They were friendly and extremely helpful. Kudos! If all of your staff is as friendly and helpful as the 2 working on 9 April 2015 around 1:30-2 pm, then they are all keepers. I did not get their names so I posted this date and time for the manager reference.
