Like the person below we were also lied to about the financing terms by (Niko). He explained to us that we would have 12 months no interest which sounded great until we received our statement. We didn't find out about the 20 percent down until we received our bill in the mail with interest. When we came to the store and talked with the so called 'manager' naveen she made it clear she could care less about the situation. She also said she doesn't care about the Google reviews. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
It's been a long long time since I have had such fantastic customer service! It was my first time going to Jared and right away an associate greeted me and was enthusiastic about helping me find what I was looking for. I soon learned that the representative's name is Brain. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and honest! He is the sole reason I will be shopping at Jared's from now on. He made my experience at Jared worthwhile and pleasant. Brian is not afraid of asking other coworkers for their experties because he values customer satisfaction. In addition, he respects my priorities and time. Overall, the staff I encountered was nice. Thank you everyone and especially Brain for such a wonderful experience! Keep up the great work! :)
First of all, I had been very happy with Jared up until now. Last week I brought in 3 chains to be repaired, one of them was purchased from there and broke after 1 week. They wanted to charge me $42 for EACH. Since I was there already and missed wearing my custom necklace with my kids names on it, I decided to just do that one. I pick it up today and find that while they cleaned it, they rubbed some letters off my kid’s names. There was no apology or offer to fix it. I’m SUPER disappointed and will not be returning.
Walked in to look at some jewelry no hello someone will be with you soon from non of the staff was over looked. The next couple came in after and was greeted and serviced. Still standing waiting.
Was lied to by the salesman (Niko) about the financing terms which I didn't see until I got a bill from them so then I had to be inconvenienced and change the plan that I was on. When I called the store, the guy on the phone said that I probably did not understand when he was explaining the plans to me which was absolutely untrue so instead of immediately apologizing, he blamed me the customer. I then ended up returning my husband's wedding band because of this. That same day my husband and I witnessed poor customer service of a woman who came in to get her watch fixed or jewelry cleaned (not sure which) but she patiently waited while others were being taken care of. Then after being serviced she was leaving out the door and 2 associates were standing there. The man says to her 'next time don't have an attitude' and then laughs with the woman associate. It disgusted my husband and I because 1. The lady did not have an attitude at all, she patiently waited until she could be serviced. 2. A stereotype was applied to her because she was an African-American woman. 3. She was laughed at/joked about by 2 customer service associates which was disrespectful because they are employed by Jared to serve customers and provide them a good experience. I will never step foot in this place again.
