the manger did a mistake and returned the money on a gift card instead of my credit and refused to fix the problem she said she can't fix it anymore!!!!

Totally rude and bad customer service. Me and my husband were in the store shopping and a young lady kept looking over at us. So i figured she was just checking my husband out because he is hot, but then noticed it was deeper than that. She kept walking past, then she asked us if we needed help so i told her not at the moment. Then she noticed that we had bags in our hands from shopping at other stores in the mall. She then says. You all can take your bags to the counter and we can hold then for you. It was the way she said it. So i asked her if there was a problem then she states that they have had a ton of people stealing from them. Now this is where it begins. So i asked her if she had suspicion of us stealing. She states you guys kept looking over at me and usually that is a dead give away for thieves. When i asked for the manager. She smiled and said she was the manager. I couldn't have left fast enough. If this is the type of customer service this store allows, they will not see a dime of my money. Only to go to a restaurant a few days later to have this same terrible person waiting on me
