As my first time ever going to PT, I wasn't sure what to expect or what exactly to do. The therapists at ATI were very professional and always helpful from the first time I walked in all the way through to my very last session. I always felt comfortable. They allowed me to set my own pace while maintaining a high level of motivation and pushing me to do that extra bit that would aid the healing process of my injury correctly. Nate Cercavschi was exceptional - I never felt like just another patient when I worked with him, instead his care for my personal situation and his attention to my personal strengths as motivators was always genuine. Should I even need PT again, there is no question where I will go!
I rarely leave a negative review, but I was appalled at the way I was spoken to here. All I wanted was a basic reassurance that this place was a good match for the problem I was coming in with (got an ortho's script for PT, and this place was close). Maybe it was a basic question, but I was a new patient who didn't know and simply wanted some comfort that I came to the right place. Instead of that, which you would think you would get from any employee who wants your business, the man at the desk gave me nothing but cold, snide, sarcastic remarks, as if I was asking a nonsensical question. Instead of simply answering my very basic question, he would sneer, not make eye contact and keep repeating "....As far as...." or just look around, as if I didn't explain myself clearly over and over again. He was so rude that I got up and left. I went to Athletico just down the road, which gave me the opposite experience the woman at the front made me feel so welcome and it was such a positive atmosphere, which was exactly what I needed as a new patient looked to have my injury healed, wanted to feel like I'm in the hands of people who care, that I can trust
