Incredibly affordable gear pricing with top brands for tools and components (Shimano, Park Tool, etc.) Main brands that are carried are Fuji, Kestrel and GT. Online has a deep catalog that can be shipped to store for free. The staff is friendly and willing to help.

The sales associate did look up the bike I was interested in however, he then said they didnt have it and this is where I had asked if he could help me find a bike. We foudn the size of the bike we looked at on amazon and he had me try on one of their bikes.
I was interested in buying a bike I found online, but first wanted to try it out. They dont carry alot of brands, perhaps less than 7 different bicycle brands. Schwinn is not one of them.

In my opinion the high end bike shops should strive to look very modern, it would have gotten me to stay longer and maybe bought one of the brands they did offer. Im sure someone whos more experience with cycling may have a better time in this store!
Overall my experience could have been better, I feel it should be a bit more modern looking. It felt that once I got to the counter I was in a car garage, everything was quite dirty feeling in that area.
